An AI worker that works for your company

A task that repeats every week can go to an AI worker. It does the job for you, any time.

I build tools that take over repetitive work in your company.

I build tools specifically for your company and the way you work, so that everyday tasks take less time and leave less room for mistakes.

AI worker

An AI agent that handles first contact with customers, collects the information you need, answers questions and can steer a conversation towards an agreed goal, gathering a complete set of details, qualifying the customer or booking the next step.

Customer service automation · AI agent

Calculators and configurators

Tools that guide the customer through choosing, calculating or pricing, and hand your company a complete, structured enquiry at the end. A fence calculator, for example: the customer enters their plot, draws on a map where they want the fence, picks the fence type, and the tool estimates the materials and the cost of the work.

Sales tool · process automation

Process automation

Systems that take over the repetitive work your team does, from data flow and document preparation to follow-ups, looking things up and reporting.

Process automation · implementation for a company

Internal apps and tools

Apps built around the way your company actually works. They collect data, organise the work and let the team handle repetitive tasks in one place. One place that connects the whole team and leaves a lot of room to grow.

Internal tool · work automation

Customer acquisition and service systems

Solutions that smooth the path from first contact to a ready enquiry: ads, forms, lead qualification, follow-ups, handovers and ongoing service.

Sales and customer service · advertising

Which task repeats every week in your company?

The point is not to replace real people. Some things still have to pass through a person, but there are others that do not. That leaves more time and energy for the hard, demanding work.

Each of these moments can be written down as steps. Once it is, it usually turns out that nobody needs to do half of them by hand.

Three types of work

I always start with the first. It is the least expensive way to see whether it is worth going further at all.

Tools that serve your customer for you

Selection calculators, configurators, service selectors, automatic replies. The customer goes through the questions and gets a clear answer: what to buy, how much is needed, who to contact. Your company receives a complete enquiry instead of an open-ended phone question.

I do not need access to your systems. Your offer and selection rules are enough. I take care of the rest.

Internal process automation

Data flow between tools, document preparation, follow-up, reminders and reports. I build it on n8n using your own accounts, and I show you how to run it.

Here I break the process down into small tasks, gather the data and turn it into knowledge bases the AI can use. Together we decide what AI must not touch and what stays with a person.

AI assistants and agents built on company knowledge

An agent that knows your procedures, offer and previous arrangements. It has access to tools and the skills needed to carry out specific tasks. It answers employees, prepares documents and runs a repeatable process from start to finish. A person still approves critical decisions.

This is the last stage, not the first. It makes sense only after simpler things are already working.

Example projects I have delivered

I describe every project in the same way: the problem, what I built and what changed.

Gutter system calculator

Problem
To select gutters for a house, the customer had to know the products and the relationships between them or call a salesperson. Every enquiry meant collecting dimensions, calculating and preparing a list by hand, on both sides.
What was built
A tool with a 3D interface that guides the customer step by step. Once the roof dimensions are entered, the calculator selects components, counts quantities and generates a PDF with a complete specification. It also works as an interactive catalogue, a tool for salespeople who can apply their own discounts, and support for roofers installing the system.
What changed
The customer prepares the shopping list themselves. The risk of a missed component and ordering too much disappears.

Own project, built from scratch: concept, selection logic, algorithm, interface and PDF generation.

Sprinkler selection on a map

Problem
Choosing an irrigation system means accounting for the shape of the plot, model coverage, the number of devices, water use and pressure loss. Most customers could not work it out on their own, so they did not buy.
What was built
A tool where the customer enters their address, draws the area to water on a map and gets several suitable options. They see the coverage of each model on their own garden, learn the estimated water use and can go straight to purchase.
What changed
The distance between the customer's idea and the purchase decision has shortened. The company receives fewer basic questions and recommendations are consistent every time. It also produced an interactive shopping catalogue that leads straight to the store.

Built from scratch at the company where I work. The selection logic is tailored to its offer and sales rules.

Content creation system

Problem
All content depended on an outside agency. Each piece required information handover, context explanation, revisions and approval. There was no one place to collect ideas, plan publications and check a piece's status.
What was built
A brand knowledge base that AI works from, automation connecting Google Calendar, Docs and n8n, and an app designed with the people who use it. In one place, the team adds ideas, generates topic proposals, creates first post drafts in the brand style, plans them in a calendar and approves them. A learning feature came later: the system knows how the team rates posts and proposes better versions over time.
What changed
The company stopped depending on an agency for every publication. According to that company, organisation and revisions take about 70% less work than before, while responding to current topics takes minutes instead of days.

Built from scratch at the company where I work, three-month build, in daily use and still being developed.

Interactive representative map

Problem
The company had several representatives serving different regions and postcode ranges. The customer had a static map and a separate list of people and had to compare them alone.
What was built
A map divided into regions by postcode, with every area assigned to a specific person. Hovering shows basic information, and clicking opens a card with a phone number and email address.
What changed
The customer reaches the right person immediately. Fewer enquiries land in the shared inbox or with someone who would have to pass them on anyway.

Built from scratch at the company where I work, in use.

Ola, a voice assistant that answers the phone

Problem
A service business does not pick up the phone when it is busy working. The client calls once, and an enquiry nobody answered is lost or comes back incomplete.
What was built
An assistant that answers a real phone number, speaks Polish and asks for what you need to know before you call back. Once the caller gives a time, it sends them a confirmation text while the call is still going.
What changed
Ola picks up right away, even when I am out in the field. The caller gets a confirmation text, and I get the transcript. I do not give before and after numbers: Ola does not work for a client yet.

own project, built from scratch. It runs on a real number and I test it myself, still without a client.

Tell my assistant about your process

On the Intake page you leave your contact and, if you like, talk to my voice assistant. It asks what repeats in your company every week, and I get a ready brief before I get back to you.

  • Your contact is enough

The conversation is optional. If you prefer writing, leave just your contact and I will get back to you.

  • You see it as text

The transcript appears on screen live, sentence by sentence.

  • You know it is AI

The page says so plainly before you start. The conversation is recorded only with your consent.

A short call and a test first. Then we decide whether it is worth building more.

I do not start by connecting AI to the whole company. I start with one repeatable moment that can be measured.

  1. A call about the process20 minutes

You show me how customer service or one part of the work looks today. I ask questions and point out where I see repetition. If there is nothing to automate in your case, I will say so on that call.

  2. Process map and metrica few days

I break the chosen process into steps: who does what, where things wait and what is made by hand. I set one number we will track, such as quote preparation time or the number of basic questions.

  3. Prototype on public data1–3 weeks

I build a working version from your public offer and price list. You click through it and see how it works before I connect anything to company systems.

  4. Pilot and measurement3–9 weeks

I run one solution in real working conditions. Afterwards I look at the metric and decide: keep it, improve it or extend it.

  5. Development and supportif it makes sense

I monitor it, fix it and add more steps. You pay monthly only because the system gives back more each month than it costs.

What I do not do

I do not add AI where a simple rule is enough.

The gutter calculator does not need a language model. It needs correct selection logic. If that is the case for you, I will say so.

I do not need passwords to your systems at the start.

I build the prototype from what your company already communicates publicly. You connect accounts yourself and only when you decide on a pilot.

I do not release anything on my own without your approval.

A person approves content, replies and quotes. That protects your brand voice and limits the risk of a mistake.

I do not promise a result that cannot be checked.

Instead, I set one number before the start and measure it before and after.

I do not replace your team.

I take the work nobody has to do off their plate. What stays is what genuinely matters and cannot be handed over.

Gracjan Preisner

There is one person behind PreiScale

My name is Gracjan Preisner.

Yes, I am young, and that is exactly why I already have thousands of hours of hands-on work with AI behind me. While other people were at their jobs, I had ten-plus hours a day to dig into AI, a subject that genuinely fascinates me. I saw the enormous potential in it straight away. Now I break a company's work down into processes, look for the places where the team loses time, and build a tool that takes it over. I handle it end to end: concept, logic, interface, rollout and further improvements. Every stage is on me.

I do not sell AI. I help you implement it in your company, if there is a real need for it, because it is not always worth it.

How I set a price

A fixed amount agreed before the start. No percentages, hourly rates or hidden costs.

A call about the process

free, can be online

20 minutes. You leave knowing where to start, even if I do not start it with you.

Process map and prototype

free, for now

A mapped process, an agreed metric and a working prototype on public data.

Implementation

a fixed project quote

The price follows the scope and how much work the tool actually removes from your team, not hours worked. I agree it before work begins, together with the scope and the metric.

Support and maintenance

a fixed monthly subscription

Monitoring how the system runs, ongoing fixes, maintenance and small improvements within the agreed scope. The amount is agreed upfront and stays the same every month.

New features and larger extensions are quoted separately, because they require additional work and increase both the scope and the cost of maintaining the system.

The system has to give back clearly more than it costs. After the pilot, I measure that with you on your numbers. If the measurement does not confirm it, I do not move to a subscription.

Reference point: the content creation system I built from scratch and now maintain at the company where I work costs it about PLN 1,500 per month and, according to that company, removes about 70% of the work involved in organising and revising content.

I give a concrete amount after the first call, once I know which process and scale you mean. It is fixed from that point.

Frequently asked questions

Which process should I start with?

The one that repeats most often and follows the most predictable course. It is usually the moment when a customer asks for something that can be calculated or selected from a fixed list. If you do not know which one it is, that is what the first call is for.

Does every automation need AI?

No. A selection calculator or interactive map is pure logic, without a language model. AI makes sense where unstructured text must be understood or content written. Everywhere else it usually only raises cost and risk.

Do I have to share passwords to my systems?

Not at the start. I build the prototype from information your company already publishes. When it is time to implement, you connect accounts yourself and I limit data to what is truly needed.

How long does a pilot take?

A prototype usually takes 1–3 weeks. A pilot in real work takes 3–9 weeks to gather a meaningful measurement. Larger implementations take longer. I built the content creation system over three months.

Do I have to change the tools I use?

No. I connect what you already have. I build on n8n, your accounts and your keys, so the implementation stays on your side and you can develop it further without me.

What if something breaks?

Solutions on a subscription are monitored, so I usually see a problem before the customer does. I fix it within the agreed time.

What happens if you are unavailable?

Everything I build runs on your accounts and keys, not mine. The automation and tools work independently. I write complete documentation, so if it ever came to it, any other n8n specialist could take over the system within days. You cannot lose me together with the system.

Will this replace someone on my team?

That is not the point. The point is that the same person does not have to calculate the same quote for the third time in a week. That frees resources for other work.

Do you only work in Krosno?

Short answer: no. I live and work in Krosno and I am happy to meet locally. I build and implement the tools remotely, so location is not a limit.

Show me one process that repeats every week.
