An in-house content system instead of dependence on an agency
An app and automation that took over planning, first drafts and control of publications. According to the client, organisation and revisions take about 80% less work.
Situation
Creating content was time-consuming and largely dependent on an outside agency.
Problem
Every piece required handing over information, explaining context, revisions and approval. The process stretched out, and the company could not respond quickly to current events, ideas and customer needs.
What I built
- I started by analysing the existing process. Then I built an AI knowledge base, connected Google Calendar, Docs, n8n and Facebook, and after testing created an app with the people who would use it. It collects ideas, generates topics and first post drafts, plans publications, edits, approves and tracks content status.
What changed
- The company depends less on the agency, prepares content faster, has an ordered planning process, communicates more regularly and has greater control over its brand message.
Result
The company has its own repeatable content system instead of a process dependent on individual people and manual coordination. According to the client, about 80% of resources once used for organisation and revisions can go elsewhere.
Status
Company implementation. Build: 3 months. Maintenance and development: about PLN 1,500 per month. In daily use.
