Privacy Policy
We run preiscale.pl in a way that keeps the load on your privacy as light as we can make it. This policy explains who controls your data, what we collect from the contact form, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It covers both your visit to the site and any message you send through the lead intake form.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Gracjan Preisner, operating as PreiScale. [FOUNDER: full company name, tax ID / NIP, REGON, address, contact email for GDPR purposes]. For anything related to personal data, write to [FOUNDER: privacy@preiscale.pl].
Data Protection Officer
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to at our scale. For anything related to personal data, write to the address above.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data from the contact form to reply to your inquiry and prepare an audit or AI implementation proposal. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling incoming inquiries and a potential contract). Data from the visit itself, without the form, is processed to measure traffic and diagnose errors (see the Analytics and cookies section).
What we collect in the contact form
- First name
- Company name
- Phone number or email address
- What repeats every week in your company? (free-text field)
Recipients
Form data reaches us through an n8n webhook, is stored on our server, and may be shared with vendors that help us run the business: the hosting provider and the email provider. All vendors act under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). We never pass your data to third parties for marketing.
Transfers outside the EEA
We do not plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If a vendor processes data outside the EEA (for example Sentry), we rely only on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact form data for [FOUNDER: e.g. 24 months from last contact], unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data, aggregated and cookieless, follows the vendor's policy (Plausible, 12 months by default).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access your data and learn how we process it (Art. 15).
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erase your data, the right to be forgotten (Art. 17).
- Restrict processing (Art. 18).
- Port your data (Art. 20).
- Object to processing (Art. 21).
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
Is providing data mandatory
Providing data in the form is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot reply to your inquiry or prepare a proposal.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not use automated decision making with legal effect, and we do not profile you.
Analytics and cookies
Site traffic is measured by Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool: it does not set tracking cookies, does not store IP addresses in a form that identifies you, and does not share data with third parties. Application errors are logged through Sentry so we can fix them faster. Sentry may collect anonymous technical data such as URL, browser, and error content. See the Cookie Policy for details.
