Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of preiscale.pl and the content published on it. They are not a client contract. A separate agreement is signed before any AI implementation.
Scope of services
PreiScale is an AI implementation consultancy: audits, solution design, deployments, and training. The exact scope of each service is described in the proposal and the agreement signed with the client.
Case studies are illustrative
We publish case studies and examples of time and money saved. They are illustrative and show typical results for deployments similar to the ones described. We do not guarantee the same outcomes for your company, because results depend on the data, team, and processes you have.
Intellectual property
Content on the site, including text, logo, layout, and code, belongs to PreiScale and is protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to preiscale.pl and a link back. You may not copy entire materials or use them in a way that competes with us.
Quotes and orders
Prices and timelines are quoted individually in the proposal, based on an audit. We share them only by email or in a proposal document, never directly on the site.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep site content current and accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness or that it is free of errors. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content without contacting us first. Liability under a signed agreement is governed by its terms and the Civil Code.
Governing law
Use of the site and these terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes are resolved by Polish courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of PreiScale.
