Three channels, one queue
You are looking at the three places people reach you from: the phone booth, the form on your site and the messenger. A call at 22:40, a form on Saturday, a message on Sunday. None of them waits until Monday.

The red lines are enquiries in transit. Each travels its own track, at its own pace, with different gaps. This is exactly where sales get lost — not because someone failed, but because nobody is watching.

The building in the middle is the Intake worker. It takes every enquiry, understands what it is about and asks for what is missing. It does not send a form — it holds a conversation, like your best person would.

Watch the moment red turns to blue. Three chaotic messages become one complete record: scope, deadline, budget and contact. Always the same structure, always without gaps.

From here on it is a steady stream. Every enquiry is understood, complete and described the same way — your team gets work-ready material, not fragments to piece together.

At the end of the road waits a client card with the next step already set. It lands where your team works — CRM, inbox or spreadsheet. No retyping, no copy-paste.
And all of it happened before anyone picked up the phone.
I can build the same road for your company. Below I show how I do it and what it costs.
I build systems that do a specific job.
Not presentations or concepts. Working tools used by my clients' customers.
The customer enters roof dimensions and receives a complete shopping list with a PDF. No call to a salesperson.
Sales tool · own project
The customer draws their garden on a map and sees which models cover it and how much water they use.
Company implementation · in use
An app and automation that took over content planning and first drafts from an agency.
Company implementation · in use, month 3
The customer clicks their region and immediately gets the right person's number instead of calling the main line.

It is not that someone is working badly. It is that some things still have to pass through a person, even though they do not have to.
Each of these moments can be written down as steps. Once it is, it usually turns out that nobody needs to do half of them by hand.
I always start with the first. It is the least expensive way to see whether it is worth going further at all.
I describe every project in the same way: the problem, what I built and what changed. No rounding up.

To select gutters for a house, the customer had to know the products and the relationships between them or call a salesperson. Every enquiry meant collecting dimensions, calculating and preparing a list by hand, on both sides.
A tool with a 3D interface that guides the customer step by step. They enter roof dimensions, and the calculator selects components, counts quantities and generates a PDF with a complete specification. It also works as an interactive catalogue, a tool for salespeople who can apply their own discounts, and support for roofers installing the system.
The customer prepares the shopping list themselves. The risk of a missed component and ordering too much disappears. The company handles more enquiries without adding people.
Own project, built from scratch: concept, selection logic, algorithm, interface and PDF generation.

Irrigation selection requires the shape of the plot, model coverage, number of devices and water consumption to be considered. The customer usually could not do it alone, so they called. The company analysed the plot and prepared a recommendation by hand for every enquiry.
A tool where the customer enters an address, draws the area to water on a map and gets several suitable options. They see the coverage of each model on their own garden, learn the estimated water use and can go straight to purchase.
The distance between the customer's idea and the purchase decision has shortened. The company receives fewer basic questions and recommendations are consistent every time.
Implementation for a company I work with. The selection logic is tailored to its offer and sales rules.

All content depended on an outside agency. Each piece required information handover, context explanation, revisions and approval. There was no one place to collect ideas, plan publications and check a piece's status.
A brand knowledge base that AI works from, automation connecting Google Calendar, Docs, n8n and Facebook, and an app designed with the people who use it. In one place, the team adds ideas, generates topic proposals, creates first post drafts in the brand style, plans them in a calendar and approves them. A learning feature came later: the system knows how the team rates posts and proposes better versions over time.
The company stopped depending on an agency for every publication. According to the client, organisation and revisions take about 80% less work than before, while responding to current topics takes hours instead of a week.
Company implementation, three-month build, in daily use and still being developed.

The company had several representatives serving different regions and postcode ranges. The customer had a static map and a separate list of people and had to compare them alone. In practice, they called the main number and wrote to the general address.
A map divided into regions by postcode, with every area assigned to a specific person. Hovering shows basic information, and clicking opens a card with a phone number and email address.
The customer reaches the right person immediately. Fewer enquiries land in the shared inbox or with someone who would have to pass them on anyway.
Company implementation, in use.
See project details →I do not start by connecting AI to the whole company. I start with one repeatable moment that can be measured.
You show me how customer service or one part of the work looks today. I ask questions and point out where I see repetition. If there is nothing to automate in your case, I will say so on that call.
I break the chosen process into steps: who does what, where things wait and what is made by hand. I set one number to track, such as quote preparation time or the number of basic questions.
I build a working version from your public offer and price list. You click through it and see how it works before I connect anything to company systems.
I run one solution in real work. Afterwards I look at the measure and decide: keep it, improve it or extend it.
I monitor it, fix it and add more steps. You pay monthly only because the system gives back more each month than it costs.
The gutter calculator does not need a language model. It needs correct selection logic. If that is the case for you, I will say so.
I build the prototype from what your company already communicates publicly. You connect accounts yourself and only when you decide on a pilot.
A person approves content, replies and quotes. That protects your brand voice and limits the risk of a mistake.
Instead, I set one number before the start and measure it before and after.
I take work off it that people do from necessity, not because they are good at it.

My name is Gracjan Preisner. I work from Krosno.
I break a company's work into processes, look for places where the team loses time retyping, asking follow-up questions and recalculating, and build a tool that takes it over. I do it from the concept, through logic and interface, to implementation and further improvements. I am responsible for every stage myself.
I do not sell AI as a category. Sometimes I advise against automation when a problem can be solved more cheaply.
A fixed amount agreed before the start. No percentages, hourly rates or hidden costs.
free
20 minutes. You leave knowing where to start, even if I do not start it with you.
a fixed, low entry cost
A mapped process, an agreed measure and a working prototype on public data. If you choose to continue, I deduct this cost from the implementation.
a fixed project quote
The price follows the scope and what the tool actually takes off the team, not hours worked. I agree it before work begins, together with the scope and measure. It does not increase after signing.
a fixed monthly subscription
Monitoring, fixes and further improvements. The amount is agreed upfront and stays the same every month.
The system has to give back clearly more than it costs. After the pilot, I measure that with you on your numbers. If the measurement does not confirm it, I do not move to a subscription.
Reference point: the content creation system that I maintain and develop costs the client about PLN 1,500 per month and, according to them, removes about 80% of the work involved in organising and revising content.
I give a concrete amount after the first call, once I know which process and scale you mean. It is fixed from that point.
The one that repeats most often and follows the most predictable course. It is usually the moment when a customer asks for something that can be calculated or selected from a fixed list. If you do not know which one it is, that is what the first call is for.
No. A selection calculator or interactive map is pure logic, without a language model. AI makes sense where unstructured text must be understood or content written. Everywhere else it usually only raises cost and risk.
Not at the start. I build the prototype from information your company already publishes. When it is time to implement, you connect accounts yourself and I limit data to what is truly needed.
A prototype usually takes 1–3 weeks. A pilot in real work takes 3–9 weeks to gather a meaningful measurement. Larger implementations take longer. I built the content creation system over three months.
No. I connect what you already have. I build on n8n, your accounts and your keys, so the implementation stays on your side and you can develop it further without me.
Solutions on a subscription are monitored, so I usually see a problem before the customer does. I fix it within the agreed time.
Everything I build runs on your accounts and keys, not mine. The automation and tools work independently. If needed, any other n8n specialist can take over the system within days. You cannot lose me together with the system.
That is not the point. The point is that the same person does not have to calculate the same quote for the third time in a week. That frees resources for other work.
Short answer: no. I live and work in Krosno and I am happy to meet locally. I build and implement the tools remotely, so location is not a limit.
On the call, I do not present an offer. I ask how this part of the work looks today and say what can be removed from it, or why this is not the right place to do it.
I reply within 24 hours. You can also write directly: hello@preiscale.pl
