Automation Operations

Your external automation team — monitoring, fixes, expansion and a monthly impact report.

Unattended automation breaks silently

An API changes, a tool gets an update, a company process evolves, and a flow that worked for six months stops. Without monitoring, you find out from a customer. With ongoing care, I watch the automation layer and you get a monthly report on what it earned.

What you get

24/7 monitoring

Every flow and agent is under constant watch. The alert reaches me before the problem grows.

Fixes within an SLA

A guaranteed response time, in writing. An outage is my problem, not your team's.

Expansion to new processes

The company changes — the automations keep up. New flows and improvements within the retainer.

Monthly impact report

Hours recovered, flow runs completed, what broke and how I fixed it, plus what I recommend next.

Prioritising the next automations

A quarterly roadmap update — with the same ROI logic as the audit.

How it runs

  1. Taking over the layer

An audit of existing automations, including ones I did not build. I document them and wire up monitoring.

  2. Stabilisation

The first weeks: I fix fragile spots, add error handling and close the gaps.

  3. Monthly rhythm

Monitoring, fixes, expansion and report. Ongoing contact with me.

FAQ

Do you take over automations built by someone else?

Yes. I start with an audit of the existing layer, document it, stabilise it and take responsibility.

What does the contract look like?

Monthly billing, cancellation without penalties. The retainer should defend itself with the report, not with contract clauses.

What exactly is in the monthly report?

Numbers: completed flow runs, hours recovered, incidents and fix times, recommendations for the next automations with a return projection.

Show me one process that repeats every week.

On the call, I do not present an offer. I ask how this part of the work looks today and say what can be removed from it, or why this is not the right place to do it.
