Operations audit + ROI roadmap

Find out what manual processes cost you — and what to automate first. Two weeks, hard numbers, zero theory.

Most companies automate blind

Companies buy tools, click integrations together, and six months later nobody can say what paid off. I reverse that order: first I count where hours and leads leak, then I decide what to build. The audit roadmap usually finances the first implementation, which is why I start there.

What you get

Process map

I chart the workflow step by step — from first customer contact to settlement — with bottlenecks and every point where work waits for a human.

Quantified losses

Every bottleneck gets a price: hours × rate + lost leads + cost of errors. You know what the status quo really costs you.

ROI model per automation

For every candidate: build cost vs monthly saving and projected payback time. You decide with numbers, not gut feeling.

Deployment roadmap

Ordered by return — from quick wins that pay back in weeks to bigger builds. Every item scoped and priced.

Architecture recommendation

Which tools, which integrations, what to self-host. Everything open-source on your API keys — you can execute the roadmap with me or with anyone else.

How it runs

  1. Workshop

2–3 hours with you and the team: what a workday really looks like, where things wait, what gets retyped by hand.

  2. Mapping

Week one: I walk the processes in practice, collect timing and volume data, and follow up with the team.

  3. Model and priorities

Week two: I price the losses, build the ROI model and order the implementations.

  4. Roadmap presentation

I walk through the results with you: what, in what order, for how much and when it pays back. The document stays with you.

FAQ

Does the audit commit me to deploying with you?

No. The roadmap is yours: execute it with me, with another vendor or in-house. That is why I only recommend open-source.

How much of my team's time does it take?

A 2–3 hour workshop plus short follow-ups in week one. I do the rest myself and do not block the company's work.

What if you find nothing worth automating?

I will say so plainly, in writing.

Show me one process that repeats every week.

On the call, I do not present an offer. I ask how this part of the work looks today and say what can be removed from it, or why this is not the right place to do it.
